AB Catering offers frozen-food service, either ready-to-serve or half-cooked. Our products are homemade, and they are presented in individual handy packages. The food is carefully prepared with high quality ingredients. It is impeccably processed and cautiously transported.

Our gastronomic emphasis is Italian-Brazilian, although we are able to make dishes that will satisfy a diversity of tastes and that will be widely appreciated.

Large or single families orders, and neighborhood-coordinated orders, will
be delivered from Miami to Boca Raton.

We count on professionals and services that enable us to organize parties, picnics and family get-together, for adults and children.
In addition to the special menus, personally developed for each event to suit the needs of our clients, we can provide rented tables, chairs, tablecloth, dishes, silverware and glasses. Also, we are able to put together decorations including flowers, fruits and other attractive items, according to the occasion and to our clients’ preferences.
Furthermore, we can provide support personal service such as, waiters, barmen and kitchen helpers during the events, as well as house-cleaning services, before and after the parties.

Our meals are served in elegant stainless steel hot serving dishes.

Our menus include several options of entrées, salads, main courses of meat, poultry, fish and seafood, served with side dishes and vegetarian options, pasta, sweets and deserts, finger-food for cocktails and snacks, party candies, cakes and a variety of pies.
By getting very detailed information about your specific event, AB Catering custom designs the perfect event plan to suit your need. We are highly flexible and accommodating.

PRIVATE SERVICES AGREEMENT CONDITIONS

The contracts for private parties and events are initiated by a request of services through the e-mail or by calling (954) 499 7171.

One of our qualified representatives will discuss with you the menu options, organizational details and requested special services. All of this will be free from charges.

After that, a contract will be signed. At the moment of the signing of the contract AB Catering Inc will charge 50% of the total value established by the contract. The final 50% will be charged immediately after the end of the event.

Important: any changes in the number of guests, menu items, or any other aspect, which might affect the progress of the event, must be informed at least 72 hours before the event day, otherwise additional costs will be added.

Our additional support services are charged on an hourly basis per employee.

Furthermore, we can provide support personal service such as, waiters, barmen and kitchen helpers during the events, as well as cleaning services after the events.
