AB Catering Inc. is a company established in Weston, Florida since May of 2000. We offer two types of service: ready-to-serve frozen meals and catering for family parties and company events.

Our menu has a strong emphasis on Italian-Brazilian gastronomy, but it also includes a variety of dishes that are very appreciated by the American family.

The company's products are characterized by a domestic simplicity and by their unique combinations.

Although AB Catering takes pride in its domestic profile, the company adopts special criteria and techniques to maintain an excellence in quality, hygiene and appearance.

Deborah Pini Rosalem
Director

Deborah was born in Rio Claro, the countryside of the state of São Paulo, Brazil in the late 50’s. Until middle of the 1990’s she worked as a journalist, focusing her professional activities in the area of cultural themes in the cities of Santos and São Paulo. Since then, she has been working with the Brazilian cultural representations in South Florida, where she now resides.

As a descendent of male Italian immigrants who married Brazilian women from the state of Minas Gerais and from the countryside of São Paulo, she inherited  the culinary traditions from the west “paulista”.

She also received from her mother's father, a Milanese hunter, a taste for wild meat and for dishes rich in juicy tomato sauce, cheese and aromatic herbs.

Fascinated by her memories of a childhood lived among kettles and lots of love, Deborah, the last of a line of grandchildren, combined her professional training with her love for the gastronomic traditions of her family to develop the work of her company Aquarela do Brasil Inc. established in Weston, Florida in May 2000.
