The Beginning
AB Catering started out as Aquarela do Brasil in May of 2000. It was first established in Weston, Florida by Deborah Rosalem.

Deborah was born in Rio Claro, the countryside of the state of São Paulo, Brazil in the late 50’s.

Fascinated by her memories of a childhood lived among kettles and lots of love, Deborah combined her professional training with her love for the gastronomic traditions of her family to develop the work of her company, now AB Catering.
